Cancellation policy:

We understand that plans can change, and we want you to feel confident booking with us. That’s why we offer the following refund policy:

• If you cancel your booking more than 60 days before your scheduled arrival date, you will receive a full refund of your payment.

• If you cancel your booking more than 30 days before your scheduled arrival date, you will receive a 50% refund of your payment.

• If you cancel your booking less than 30 days before your scheduled arrival date, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Please note that this refund policy applies to all bookings made with our short term rental home, and all cancellations must be made in writing via email.
