Space
As you enter the front door, you will step into an open concept living room, dining area and kitchen, perfect for spending time with family and friends. The master bedroom is also conveniently located on the first floor, just steps away from the kitchen. A half bathroom is also located on the first floor for your convenience.
Upstairs, you will find 3 additional private bedrooms, as well as a common area that has been converted to a sleeping area with 2 comfortable queen beds. This home comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests.
Outside, you’ll discover a charming patio area with comfortable seating and a grill for outdoor dining. The backyard is fenced on three sides, offering a safe and private space for you and your guests to relax. We’ve also added a gas fire pit, a pergola with lights, and a brand new 6-person jacuzzi hot tub that is professionally cleaned after each guest.

House Rules
Please respect our neighbors. This is a residential neighborhood. No music or outdoor noise after 9pm. Prior to 9pm, keep outdoor noise to a minimum. Neighbors have a right to call the police for a noise violation. Renters are subject to fine and immediate eviction if police are called.

Video Surveillance: – The Property has 2 exterior cameras placed as a doorbell camera and 1 mounted on the corner of the garage. This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in the cases of a break-in, death, injury, pet policy, guests disregarding the maximum occupancy allowed, and in no way infringes upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund. You will also be asked to leave the property without refund if rules are violated.
