Neighborhood
Southland neighborhood is a great place to call home with its central location and close proximity to some of Lexington’s best attractions. Not only does this area feature an amazing restaurants just down the street in the southland corridor, its minutes from UK Campus, Kroger Field Downtown and just 15 min to Keeneland.
Access
Please note that we have placed an electronic lock on the front door for easy quick access. You are welcome to arrive any time after your check-in window.
House Rules
1. Please respect our neighbors. This is a residential neighborhood. No music or outdoor noise after 9pm. Prior to 9pm, keep outdoor noise to a minimum. Neighbors have a right to call the police for a noise violation. Renters are subject to fine and immediate eviction if police are called.
2. No smoking ($500/day penalty)
3. Pet Fee of $100 per Dog (up to 75lbs) Maximum of 2 Dogs.
4. No parties. No more than 12 guests at any time.
5. Circuit breaker is located in the laundry room upstairs.
6. Main water shutoff is in supply closet on first floor.
7. Late check out $250/hour (Unless agreed on prior to check-in)
8. Use caution when entering and exiting driveway, cars usually parked behind our driveway.
Video Surveillance: – The Property has 2 exterior cameras placed as a doorbell camera and 1 mounted on the corner of the garage. This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in the cases of a break-in, death, injury, pet policy, guests disregarding the maximum occupancy allowed, and in no way infringes upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund. You will also be asked to leave the property without refund if rules are violated.
