Check-in is 4:00 pm, check-out 10:00 am. Early and late are often possible; ask when you book.
Are pets welcome?
At most homes, up to two dogs with a pet fee. Each property page says.
Minimum nights?
Two most of the year; three on Keeneland, Derby and holiday weekends. The calendar shows the rule for your dates.
What does booking direct mean?
No service fee, a real person on the other end, and the same house you would find on the listing sites at a lower total.
Cancellation?
Free cancellation until 60 days before check-in on most homes, and 30 days on the smaller ones. Each home says which on its own page, and the exact date shows before you pay.
Do you own the homes?
Every one. We manage them ourselves, from Lexington.
