Nice house within close distance to everything in Lexington. Very clean with lots of amenities.

The home was great - all we expected. Mix up on the pricing threw me off but overall everything was great.

The house was cozy and spacious all in the same way. Kitchen into living and dining room on the first floor + 2 bedrooms right off of the same living room made it easy for elderly family member to avoid walking up and down stairs to get to a bedroom. The home was decorated beautifully — in the backyard. Amenities were perfect with a comfortable couch, loveseat, fire pit, and Jacuzzi.

5/5 for this location and home, no question about it. Everything inside and outside the house was great and I would highly recommend it. A few things worth noting: Host communication felt automated and a bit inconvenient. We were told to give 24 hours notice to have the pool heated instead of them just making a note, and we got a verification reminder after it was already done. We were told we could check in an hour early once the cleaners confirmed, but that confirmation never came. The property also pushes hard to collect your info. There’s a separate form to sign outside of Airbnb, the WiFi asks for your name, email, and phone number, and the home info app they provide makes you leave a review before you can use it. None of this took away from the home itself, which was excellent.

It was not cheap but it was very high end feeling. Everything worked and the host was incredibly responsive.

The house was amazing and perfectly located with a beautiful view. We could not have asked for a better home to stay in while attending a trade show. Everything was accurately identified, it was clean, and every member of my team was happy!

This place was truly amazing! It was beautiful and spotless! It felt like we were right at home with how cozy and amazing this place was! From the amount of towels to amenities in the kitchen to the amenities in the back yard, we were blown away! It had plenty of space for our crew to spread throughout the house but also gather all together when we wanted to! I would 100% recommend staying here! Seth and his team were so responsive and quick to respond to any question leading up to the trip and on the weekend too! Definitely looking forward to staying here again!

Seth was awesome!! Helpful and accommodating. We had 4 couples plenty of space and room for everyone. Great cafe Kennewick Table just down the street. Super close to UK campus & downtown. Highly recommend!! We loved the rooster wake up call for a true country experience.

Seth is a great, very accommodating host! Would definitely recommend booking one of his properties, as he goes above and beyond to ensure you have the most enjoyable stay. We had some unforeseen issues arise during our stay and Seth was extremely proactive and accommodating, going above and beyond what most hosts would have done. Can’t thank him enough and will use him again anytime we are in Lexington!

Loved everything about the house. Everything was there and pretty close to anywhere. Was great for our trip as the amenities were great and fun for our whole group. Would recommend and stay at the location again for sure.

Overall our trip was nice however he’s VERY strict on quiet hours. We had 12 guests staying at the house and our first night (Friday night) at 11pm I got two texts, two voicemails, and two Airbnb messages within minutes about “the neighbors making a noise complaint” even though when you stepped outside you could hardly hear anything coming from inside. There is no way the neighbors would be bothered enough to make a complaint and if they were, I’m not sure how you host 12 people there then. Also, on Saturday night we could hear what sounded like the neighbors arguing. The towel racks and toilet paper holders were falling out of the walls and the hot tub was a little cold. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Excellent house, great space, great amenities. They thought about everything. The play area is great, and there is a barbecue. They didn't miss one detail, neighborhood is great. Coffee shop down the road .we're going to return. I highly recommend it.

The front porch can use a railing very slippery when wet, also the shower could use a handrail in it. Besides that the location worked for us we like that area.

We had a great visit and enjoyed the house. We would definitely rent the same place upon return to Lexington!
- ★★★★★5.0
Plenty space for family and very clean! Close to some cool locations and lots of parking available!

This was a perfect place for a weekend getaway for our family. The bedrooms were comfortable and cozy. The kitchen and family room made hanging out together easy. A cold snap prevented us from taking advantage of the amazing screened-in porch. There is also a hot tub, fire pit and small pool on the lower level that look great. We would love to come back again.

"We had a fantastic stay! Seth was very communicative and provided clear instructions. The house was extremely clean, cozy, and well-equipped. We had a group of 8 and this house provided ample space for everyone. We appreciated the large dining tables and enjoyed the grill, enclosed porch, hot tub, and seating areas. Would definitely stay again!

Everything about this stay was great. The place was exactly how it was described and appreciated some of the local restaurant recommendations. It was easy to get to Keeneland and Downtown. Perfect for a quick getaway. Hot tub to relax was wonderful after a day standing all day at Keeneland. Appreciate everything about the stay!

House was as described. It was a nice stay. The only issue was that the hot tub did not work. They did offer for us to use the neighboring property. I notice on previous review they had the same issue.

Such a great house! Spacious and clean with comfortable beds. Highly recommend!
- ★★★★★5.0
This stay far exceeded our expectations. The photos in the listing do not adequately represent what a great place this is. First, it is super large and all the rooms are spacious, including all the bedrooms. Really well designed. Second, it is immaculate, every corner, every inch of the house was super clean and I so appreciate that. And also, it was perfectly equipped to make our stay just perfect — everything in the kitchen that we could need, very comfy beds, lots of towels in the bath closets, and so many really nice touches. We were 2 families traveling for a tournament in town, and we were all blown away by everything in this house. I would highly recommend it to anyone!

Seth's place was perfect for 2 couples in Lexington for Keeneland and bourbon tours. The house is a perfect size to allow both privacy and places to mingle. We used the fire pit and hot tub almost every day. The location is a short walk to a number of really solid restaurants. We'd definitely stay here again on a return trip.
- ★★★★★5.0
We absolutely loved our stay! The place was even better than the photos, and the decor was so beautiful. The quiet location and gorgeous views made it such a peaceful getaway. It was also conveniently close to the Ark Encounter, which made our visit easy. We’re so grateful we found this place and would highly recommend it!

Beautiful property and an amazing host! We loved our 4 days here. The property is spacious, stylish, impeccably maintained and appointed. No detail was missed. We were here for a wedding so at the end of each busy day we appreciated how comfortable the property was. Seth was incredibly attentive, friendly and so helpful - checking in on us via the platform and ensuring we had everything we needed. The game room was a hit with the guys - loved the golf simulator! Traveling can be stressful and it's great to find a property AND host that meet and exceed your expectations. Seth provided dining recommendations and we loved Pies and Pints - the best pizza! Wonderful host, 5+ star property and experience. Our family will definitely stay here again when we are back in Lexington.
