I along with a couple friends visited Lexington for the Yearling sale at Keeneland. The house was fabulous and much nicer than we anticipated. The house is very well designed and has a homey feel. I actually enjoyed hearing the voices of small children at school and the feel of a normal neighborhood. The coffee houses and bars and restaurants were all comfortable walking distance. Seth was available and welcoming. Great experience 5 stars.

The house was beautiful and accommodating for our group. Conveniently located to great places, such as Mirror Twin! The rules were strict and it made it a bit stressful to enjoy the garage game room or the hot tub at night. The rooster crowing was annoying; it lasted all day and night. Overall, the house is beautiful. The beds were comfortable, but the pillows were flat and uncomfortable.

Our group of 10 friends annual fall trip was amazing! Everyone loved the location, the home was the perfect size and had every amenity that we needed for our 3 night stay. The pool was perfect as it was warm all 3 days. The evenings around the fire pit were so much fun as well. Much time was spent lounging on the outdoor porches. We will definitely be returning to either this home or one of Seth's other locations in Williamstown! Communication was always great as well. This house is Amazing!! My family and I enjoyed every amenity and I mean we utilized them all. The house is gorgeous!! The kitchen stocked with beautiful appliances; even the pots and pans were gorgeous!! The house was spotless and perfectly designed. There’s nothing negative to say; the entire stay was everything we wished and hoped for and more!!! We didn’t need to contact the host because we had absolutely no issues!! Our stay at Seth’s place in Lexington was perfection! The house was beautiful inside, had tons of space and modern amenities. The beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of spaces to sit, relax, and connect. It was the perfect spot for my sisters, brother and all of our kids to stay for the weekend. Seth was easy to communicate with before and during our stay. The house was clean and has a beautiful setting. The pool was the biggest reason why we booked it and it didn’t disappoint. I wasn’t sure the depth prior to booking but it’s a baby pool at one end and 4’ at the deep end. The kids loved it and was nice as our 3 year old could play in the shallow end while our older kids enjoyed the deeper. We all enjoyed the video games too. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils, pots and pans. Everything was great and we would definitely recommend and hopefully will be back!

Driving up to the house, we honestly thought about turning around and taking a hit on our money. The front is full of overgrown plants/weeds. The driveway is all torn up asphalt. The rest of the neighborhood is cute and well kept. The inside of the house was as pictured...very nice, although some of the furniture is too large for its space (kitchen stools tight squeeze to the stair rails; main bath door doesn't fully open because it bangs the nightstand). The main closet bedroom door wouldn't open and many of the drawers were stuck and had to be yanked open. The worst part was the outside appearance upkeep of the windows--huge cobwebs, filthy window sills, dirty windows, inside and out. Outside our main bathroom window, the cobwebs were so huge that it dimmed the light coming in the window. Beds were comfortable and the set up was great. The little grandkids had the entire downstairs and their own bathroom, while one of the adults could sleep down there to supervise.

Our original plan was to visit the ark but with some babies and toddlers we opted just to stay at the rental as the kids stayed busy with the pool, rec area, and play room. This home was a perfect place to land after long, hot days at the Kentucky Horse Park for the American Eventing Championships. The bedrooms are so spacious and each of us had our own bathroom. The common areas are set up for perfect group conversations. The entire home is beautifully designed - I want the name of the interior decorator! This property was between 20-25 minutes from the Horse Park but such an easy drive it felt faster. There is a great Mexican restaurant nearby which we enjoyed too. We’d definitely book this home again. Seth was very responsive to our questions. He provided great communication on the front end to ensure our entire stay was flawless. Thank you!

Five days before we checked in we received communication requiring we purchase a damage policy or put down a deposit, otherwise our reservation would be cancelled. This was handled outside airbnb. I hadn't encountered that before, but it seems more hosts are going to a model where they automate communication and use other services. The house was beautifully furnished, clean, and comfortable. The neighborhood was a bit disappointing, with unkempt people roaming all around. I wasn't comfortable walking my dog alone, so it was nice to have the backyard. I was out there in my pajamas when I noticed the cameras back there. It would have been nice to have received notice of that.

The home is spacious and well furnished with comfortable beds, plenty of seating in the 3 indoor living spaces-1 on ea level. Seth was a great communicator and very friendly. Instructions were clear and helpful. There are 2 additional “hang out” spaces outside but the cushions were stained and the screen has tears so bugs got into the upstairs seating area. We experienced a power outage due to a bad storm and there weren’t any flashlights, but soon after we reached out to Seth he VERY promptly had flashlights delivered to the house. Seth gets 5 stars for communication and problem solving.
