Pet Fee of $100/pet up to 2 Dogs Maximum (Under 80lbs) 5. No parties. No more than 6 guests at any time. 6. Maximum of 3 Vehicles allowed. Please do not park in front of neighbors home. Cars are subject to tow. 7. Hot Tub must be covered at ALL times not occupied. Please read all Hot tub rules on sign next to spa.
