1. Please respect our neighbors. This is a residential neighborhood. No music or outdoor noise after 9pm. Neighbors have a right to call the police for a noise violation. Renters are subject to fine and immediate eviction if police are called. 2. No smoking Indoors ($1000/day penalty) 3. Gas Logs May be used, no debris in fireplace please. 4. Pet Fee of $100/pet up to 2 Dogs Maximum (Under 80lbs) 5. No parties. No more than 6 guests at any time. 6. Maximum of 3 Vehicles allowed. Please do not park in front of neighbors home. Cars are subject to tow. 7. Hot Tub must be covered at ALL times not occupied. Please read all Hot tub rules on sign next to spa.
Video Surveillance: – The Property has 2 exterior cameras placed as a doorbell camera and 1 mounted on the corner of the garage. This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in the cases of a break-in, death, injury, pet policy, guests disregarding the maximum occupancy allowed, and in no way infringes upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund. You will also be asked to leave the property without refund if rules are violated.
