For owners
Managed by people who own homes too
We manage every home on this site ourselves. If you own a house in Lexington, the Bourbon Trail towns, Williamstown or near Asheville, we can talk about managing yours the same way.
We own what we manage
Twenty-five homes of our own, so every decision is one we would make for ourselves.
Direct bookings, not just listings
Our own booking engine alongside Airbnb and VRBO, so your home is not dependent on one channel.
Consulting and co-hosting
Hosts onboarded across the US; Superhost since 2016; featured on the industry podcasts.
