Is it the same house?
The same house, the same calendar, the same people. We own every home and manage them ourselves; the listing sites are one more place we advertise.
How is payment handled?
Stripe tokenizes your card and Guesty, our booking system, records the reservation. We never see your card number.
What if plans change?
Free cancellation until 60 days before check-in on most homes, and 30 days on the smaller ones. Each home page says which, the exact date shows before you pay, and a person answers when you call.
