Parking

Free street parking on the Fifth Street side of the house, with room for about 5 vehicles. Please note the curb along N MLK Blvd is painted yellow (city no-parking zone) — vehicles there are ticketed or towed, so keep to the Fifth Street side and at least 30 feet back from the stop sign at the corner. If you're arriving with a larger group, message us before booking and we'll help you plan.

You will also be asked to review and sign our external rental agreement. During this process, you’ll have the option to purchase a nightly damage protection plan (damage waiver) for coverage against accidental damages during your stay.
