1. Please respect our neighbors. (Do not walk on their property) 2. No music or outdoor noise after 9pm. Neighbors have a right to call the police for a noise violation. Renters are subject to fine and immediate eviction if police are called. 3. No smoking Indoors ($500/day penalty) Outside is Okay! 4. Gas Logs May be used, no debris in indoor fireplace please. 5. Pet Fee of $100/pet up to 2 Dogs Maximum (Under 80lbs) 6. No parties. No more than 20 guests at any time. 7. Maximum of 8 Vehicles allowed. 8. Hot Tub must be covered at ALL times not occupied.
