Who can enter
Legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 or older when they enter. Employees and owners of the Sponsor, and members of their households, are not eligible.
How to enter
You are entered by being on our mailing list: by joining through the form on sixgenrentals.com, by spinning the discount wheel there, or by having joined before these rules were posted. You can also enter without using the website by emailing seth@sixgenrentals.com with the subject “Drawing entry” and your name. One entry per email address per drawing, however many times you sign up.
Drawing periods
Each calendar quarter is a separate drawing. The first drawing is on 31 March 2027 and covers entries received from 6 October 2026 until 11:59 pm Eastern on that day. After that, drawings are held on or about the last day of March, June, September and December, each covering entries on the list at 11:59 pm Eastern that day. Everyone still subscribed is entered in every drawing; unsubscribing ends your entry. The Sponsor may end the drawings by updating this page; any drawing whose period has begun will still be held.
How the winner is picked
One winner per drawing is selected at random by computer from all eligible entries. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries. A person may win at most once in any twelve months.
The prize
Two consecutive nights at a Sixgen Stays home. The Sponsor chooses the home and the dates, and will offer the winner at least two date options within twelve months of the drawing. The Sponsor pays the nightly rate, cleaning fee, damage waiver and lodging taxes. Optional extras such as pet fees, early check-in and late check-out, and travel, food and everything else, are the winner’s. Occupancy is limited to the home’s stated maximum, the house rules and the rental agreement apply, and the guest who checks in must be at least 25. The prize cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash or combined with other offers. Approximate retail value: $1,000, depending on the home and dates.
Winner notification
The winner is notified by email within seven days of the drawing and must reply within fourteen days to claim the prize, or an alternate winner may be drawn. The winner is responsible for any taxes on the prize and may be asked to confirm eligibility in writing.
General
The Sponsor may disqualify entries made by automated means, under false identities or in breach of these rules. These rules are governed by the laws of Kentucky. For the name of a past winner, email the Sponsor within sixty days of the drawing. How we use your email address is set out in our privacy policy.
